We never had a problem. They come out pretty fast I mean when it was cold in the winter and they make of deliveries and so we have to wait like a week before they will come to deliver our tank and they will call you to give yourself two weeks so you don?t have to pay because they charge like an emergency fee if they have to come out like a same day or something so they try to do I guess on a route but usually will call like Monday so that within the end of the week they come and filled up the tank. Prices of propane gas changes like gasoline gas and they also charge like a small delivery fee like $8 and we have to pay the other charges like tax almost that?s like $12 and the rest is the cost of the propane. Overall we don?t have any trouble and so we have a contact with them either. For the price ? we?re not able to shop around because we don?t own our propane tank so this is the only the supplier that we?re allowed to use because they own our equipment so we haven?t look around yet to see what the prices were. I actually have never talked to them but we don?t have any problems with them.
