It appeared they were working to the clock instead of making sure I was satisfied as a customer.. The work they did, I could have done myself quicker.

Excellent - we feel completely safe with Heather in our home. She is pleasant and always cheerful. Personally, I think her holiday ear rings are the cherry on top. We love Heather and her crew.
