Chambersburg Snap Fitness

I have been a member for almost 3 years. I love the staff. They are friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. The owners are very involved in making sure members are satisfied with the service. If a machine needs service, it is fixed very quickly, and i never have a problem with availability of the machines. I did notice a complaint on here, but i think it is very odd. Why would you be talking on your cell phone while you are working out? Wouldn't that be inconsiderate to others? Not to mention dangerous to be using a machine while talking on a cell phone? I think it is sad that in a world of technology we can not take any time away from our cell phones. And if staff is "harassing" you about your volume while talking on your cell phone, i am sure it didn't come from them, but more of complaints from other members. I know i would personally be annoyed by that. I think Snap did a very  nice thing by refunding your month when they terminated your contract, but not sure why you would think you are entitled to receive a refund from the last 6 months, you received the service you paid for, and if you were being harassed, you could have gone to another gym. The complaint just seems very sad to me.
