Tadas Fine Remodeling

My wife and I used Tadas Fine Remodeling for a complete bathroom remodel. The crew gutted everything in the bathroom, replaced the vanities, the toilet, rebuilt the shower, painted, and installed all of the tile. Their craftsmanship was superb! Like any remodeling job, there were a few unexpected bumps along the way, but they were all addressed immediately and successfully. The entire team was 100% trustworthy and professional. They are masters when it comes to both communication and execution. Truly a fantastic company to work with, and I will use them again in the future. Very highly recommended!

Meeting went well very good ideas and suggestions. Very disappointed that he didn't follow up as promised with an email with all of the suggestions and colors and suggestions as to where to look for the furniture we discussed. To date I have not heard from him.

It never was even provided bc despite having been paid for Tara's couldn't bother to do it.

We had a pretty old kitchen , and a very weird layout of the living room , kitchen , dinning room area . Kept trying to get a decent plan , or how we imagined our new kitchen . Tadas was really helpful with design and layout ideas that we really liked. You can definitely tell that he knows what he's doing ! Great work on cabinets and a quality of them , very happy how they turned out. Pays a lot of details to everything he does , overall A+ work and I'll definetly gonna use him again in a!future .

When we decided to remodel our kitchen we knew Tadas would be the best contractor for us from the beginning. Tadas
wants everything done one way, the right way. He looks closely into
detail to make sure everything is looking perfect. So glad we chose him,
me and my husband are in love with our new kitchen. We will be
recommending to all of our friends and family!

When we decided to redo our brick fireplace we wanted to do something really special. We decided to use Pewabic tiles which come from Pewabic Pottery, an old Arts & Craft company in Detroit,Michigan, that was established in the early 1900's by Mary Chase Perry Stratton. The tiles are very pricey and each order is custom made so the lead time is many weeks but they are worth the wait! We got Tad's name from our architect who was very familiar with the quality of Tad's work. From layout to installation Tad was very thoughtful and deliberate. His attention to detail was amazing! He is professional, punctual, honest, and very neat. My living room floor served as a layout area while Tad and I played with tile layout to get the best result. Once the layout was finalized the installation process began. Installation was flawless! Nothing was rushed or hurried. Our humdrum brick fireplace was transformed into a beautiful Pewabic showpiece! I highly recommend Tad without reservation!

Very well! Tad was prompt and professional. He was meticulous with placing tiles-mitered corners beautifully. The shower shelf and seat are in a great position. As one of my family members noted, everything seems very well thought out and positioned well. He was very good at cleaning up his work space at the end of each work day. We would highly recommend Tad for any home remodeling project.

Master Bathroom:
Simply put we Love our New Master Bathroom!  It's contemporary and elegant as well as highly functional.  The shower is the highlight of the room due to Tad's creativity - Tad suggested we knock out a partial wall and make the shower the full length and he arched the ceiling giving the entire room a beautiful focal point.  We could not find vanities that fit our taste or that would fit the scale of the room. Tad's expertise and exceptional work ethic allows him to foster great craftsman partnerships.  He brought a carpenter to us who hand designed and made the vanities and a new matching cabinet.  They are absolutely beautiful and cost no more than buying ready made vanities. Tad's expertise, work ethic and pain staking attention to detail gave us the master bath of our dreams!  

Kitchen:
When we decided to renovate our 16 year old kitchen, we knew we would ask Tad to be our contractor.  He had done work for us before and we knew he would be able to deal with any issues the original builder left behind and that he would help us shape a contemporary plan.  And that's exactly what happened.  Tad suggested that we refinish our wood floors to bring everything together - and he was right!  He recommended a carpenter to do the cabinet installation and their work is outstanding. Tad is always thinking and asking questions to understand our preferences and to ensure the overall outcome is beyond our expectation.  We love our kitchen!       

Basement: 
About 7 years ago, Tad also finished our Basement. It was the first work he did for us.  What I remember most about the construction of our basement level is all the preparation work that Tad did before the finishing work.  The builder left pipes and various duct work all over the place and jutting out at odd angles.  After the carpenters came through to frame the rooms, Tad spent hours measuring, remeasuring, adjusting angles and most importantly redirecting and hiding pipes and ducts.  This resulted in ceiling spaces that are clean and crisp.  He exceeded our expectations.  He also suggested that we make the ceiling at the foot of the steps a 'focal area' by building in some special moldings and installing paintable wall paper to give the ceiling there some texture.  The kitchenette area came out beautiful too!  Tad's tile work is one of his very special skills, including designing in a textured niche above the sink, which really brings the room together.  On the side, Tad loves to tinker with sound systems. He installed a surround sound speaker system for us that we love.  If you have a basement space that you think you cannot finish because of how the builder laid it out or what the builder left behind, talk to Tad.  

We had a previously finished basement completely remodeled which consisted of several rooms. The work included replacing the tile ceiling, lighting, repainting the walls, installing a new wet bar with Granite countertop and new pump installation and relocation for the sink. Before this could be completed, the old seating bar was gutted and all debris was removed in a clean, efficient manner.? The very large floor area now boasts beautiful porcelain tile with design cut-ins. The tiled backsplash over the wetbar coordinates with the floor tile and the workmanship is perfection. The exquisite wooden cabinetry is a perfect match to contrasting accent paneling.? Wooden baseboards were replaced and stained so that the tiling extends behind the baseboards as opposed to meeting the edge. Tiling was even included inside closets.The cement floor was leveled and sealed before the tile installation. Of special note is that the cause of a small leak that caused trickling water along the floor was identified and solved after having several contractors come up at a loss for the cause. The work was completed on time, in a clean, professional and exacting manner.

We called TADAS to modernize our
guest cottage.  The carpeted floor was to
be replaced by modern tiles.

TADAS was impressively intelligent,
innovative, swift, and, most importantly, very cooperative in completing the
job.  As suggested by TADAS, floor
heating with a wall-mounted thermostat was quickly included in the new
floor.  All looked very beautiful in the
end. 

His charge for the job was modest
when compared to the amount of time and material he provided.
