REGENT TREE SERVICE

Regent listened to my thoughts and provided excellent recommendations as to what to do...and what I probably shouldn't do. Everything was completed exactly as we discussed. They arrived just when they said they would, completed the work in a professional manner and my yard was left in a very clean state.

He went above and beyond. We are still waiting to see the leaf development, so we have not yet utilized him for services. He was very honest about two trees that are probably not treatable, where another company said we could treat them. So he saved us money and gave the honest answer, not selling you something you didn't need and wouldn't work. Highly recommend Bruce!!

Rob always does excellent work.  Even my neighbor was impressed with the job Rob did.  I always feel like my trees are in good hands with Rob.  I have been using his services for years now, both for routine pruning and for storm clean-up.  He is always accessible and his work is excellent and his prices are fair.  He always makes sure to clean up after the work, too.  He also is able to provide complete tree removal and stump grinding (which is so great, because stumps just don't look good no matter how you try to dress them up with containers of plants!).  Rob is a certified arborist.  I have  a half acre plot with many mature trees and it is great to be able to have someone tell you which trees are OK  and which are not doing well.

It was a wonderful experience. The work was done neatly, on time and on budget.

First process was to address the pruning and trimming, which was done mid-summer. We agreed the tree removal would be done mid to late September due to his staff vacations and other jobs. Due to weather problems of rain and hurricane the tree removal was delayed until early October.

Once we finally agreed on a day for the tree removal Regent Tree Service (Perkasie) arrived ahead of schedule. The first tree was removed without incident, didn't even hear it come down. The second tree was a bit large and when it hit the ground it definitely was heard. When I went outside the tree was across the front year and into the street. It extended into the street to the point where they had to put cones up to close off the street until they could clear it enough for cars to pass. I would have thought they would have trimmed off the top enough as well as the branches before it gets cut down to avoid this type of mess.

I was told that there would be a few divots from the tree coming down, however the result was a cracked sidewalk square and a small gulley the length of the tree across my front lawn.

Since this company contracts out most of the work, it took from Thursday when the tree was cut down until Monday afternoon before the large trunks (tree cut in two) were finally removed by the contractor with the crane from my front yard. It was Saturday when the other contractor arrived to grind the stumps.

Due to the cracked sidewalk $200 was removed from the original estimated price and I had the sidewalk fixed through personal contacts.

Regent is very accomodating, gets back to us right away, cleans up right away, pricing is very reasonable, and is very professional. Regent is an expert on trees but can do other things. We have used them multiple times.

A huge limb came down during a storm and was blocking a doorway of the house, and Regent was able to come out the very next day!

They cleaned up after themselves and their price was reasonable. They were prompt and showed up when they were supposed to. They finished ahead of time and did the job for exactly what they said it would be. They did a very good job of cleaning up.

MR. WALTZ RETURNED MY CALLS AND WAS VERY PROMPTLY. HE CAME ON THE DAY AND TIME HE STATED HE WOULD. THE WORK WAS DONE TO THE SPECIFICATIONS GIVEN AND VERY NEATLY.
