The service was good, and I hired Oxymagic because I liked the idea of the low-chemical cleaning process. In the end, I just don't think that Oxymagic gets the carpets clean enough.

Barney arrived on time, explained the process and worked diligently to clean and deodorize both sofas. He was very pleasant and professional too.

Barney arrived on time and did an excellent job in not only cleaning the rugs, but in removing the stains. One carpet is white and it came out really well, The other is a wool oriental rug and he did a great job in removing a long time stain. I would recommend Barney to anyone.

We decided to have the carpets deodorized which was an additional fee, but it was worth it. The previous owners had a dog, and there was a slight odor. Since they have been cleaned, we haven't noticed any smells at all. Brock was good enough to clean some throw rugs for us at no additional charge.

When I called to make the appointment, Barney was very thorough and polite, answering all of my questions. When I called back with an additional question later, he was cordial when answering it. I received an email reminder the day before the appointment, which listed the services and confirmed the appointment time.
The day of the appointment, they were running early. They called to ask if they could come early and arrived promptly at the new, earlier time we had agreed on. Mark, the technician, was polite, professional, and thorough. He looked over all the rugs and furniture to be cleaned before starting and explained what results I could expect. He told us the order in which he would clean things and how the process worked. Then he brought in the equipment and proceded to work in an orderly and efficient manner. He pointed out a tear in a seam of the upholstery that he discovered while cleaning. He gave us tips for keeping things clean.
When presenting us with the bill, he offered us the opportunity to purchase their cleaner in a spray bottle, but there was no pressure. The bill was for the amount I had been told; there were no hidden fees or charges. Mark was thorough and effecient and struck the right balance of friendliness and professionalism. Our carpets and furniture look better and smell fresh and clean.
