Dan was extremely professional and courteous while in my home. He took time to explain everything he was doing and what he saw in my incredibly dusty, dirty dryer vent system. And took extra time to meticulously take apart and clean every nook and cranny of the dryer as well. Even recommended hose replacement, but did not insist it be done by himself right then and there, did have him replace it to ensure it was done properly. Highly recommend Dan and his services.

I could not have been happier with Dan from Jet Stream Services. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He was also very respectful of my home. He took time to service my dryer vent and then took a part my dryer to make sure it was working properly. He changed the hose in the back of the dryer so it would work more efficiently. He also noticed that the cover to my outside dryer vent was missing and he was nice enough to replace it even though he had to shovel his way (he had his own shovel) to the vent. He also made me feel comfortable if I needed to call him for any reason if I was not happy with his service after he left my home. I would highly recommend Jet Stream Services.

He was very professional in his attitude and very informative. He explained all the options to me upfront. The place was immaculately clean after he left and my dryer vent is finally clean after two other people had cleaned it. He did a very good job and I was very impressed.
