My wife and I own and run our home renovation business. We are licensed and insured, and we work with licensed and insured sub-contractors if needed. No job is too big or too small. We provide free estimates and require a deposit to reserve time on our schedule. We set up milestone billing for large projects.

We hired Facenda to do our bathrooms in the fall of 2017. Did a great job; so we hired them again to do our kitchen in 2018. They not only do good work at a reasonable price; but they actually listen to your concerns and try to work with your ideas -- sometimes improving on your ideas or coming up with little clever fixes that work our real well. And ... the wife is a superb tiler!

Richard and his team took our 1926 bathroom down to the studs and built it out for us again. They did amazing work. They were professional, punctual and very easy to work with. From the first meeting and estimate, to the final finish work - everything went very smoothly. Richard is communicative and helpful with suggestions as well as finding good prices on the fixtures/tiles we liked. It was our first remodel, and we went into the process with a bit of trepidation, but working with Richard and his team smoothed our worries almost instantly. We did not have the biggest budget, and Richard was great with presenting options that would work within our budget and was flexible in working with us to find great prices. They are worth every penny.

Simply put our bathroom remodel with Facenda Renovations far exceeded our expectations. Rich and Stacy were amazing from start to finish. This was our first major work on our new home and we had never undertaken a whole bathroom remodel before. Rich and Stacy worked with us through several scope of work changes and always provided valuable advice for us to consider as we modified the project. Once the project began they were extremely easy to work with. Great demeanor and work ethic. Rich and Stacy are both very detail oriented. They explained all the work they were doing throughout the project, fantastic communication all around. The finished product is awesome, we love our new bathroom! Even the smallest of details were finished with great care. I'm a pretty picky person when it comes to a finished work product and I really can't find a single thing that isn't as perfect as it could be. Thank you Rich and Stacy!

From the start, Rich & Stacy Facenda were a pleasure to work with, explaining what they could do and taking my input and concerns into consideration. Rich isn't afraid to admit to not knowing something but does find the answer and this only made me trust him more. Pictures prove the quality of their work. 4 show what Rich walked into and the others, how it looks after his workmanship. Tracy actually helped when she could and is responsible for a lot of the painting. They'd be the first ones I'd call for any future work.

We couldn't be more ecstatic about the finished product that Richard and his wife completed! It looks great and has made a huge improvement to the way in which we function as a family in our home. Richard was extremely thorough in his research to make sure the project was done correctly. When there was a question as to whether the interior wall we were removing was load bearing, Richard brought in a structural engineer to make sure his plans for moving forward on the project were sound. He worked quickly and cleaned up really well after each day of work during the three day project. Richard's attention to detail makes the newly renovated half wall seem like it was always a part of the home.

Richard is very nice and easy to work with. Once we agreed on a date and time, he stuck to it and was punctual. We came up with a list of tasks he could finish within the 6 hours (had purchased a 6 hour coupon).  He knew what he was doing and was efficient. Very nice job, would certainly recommend.

I bought a big deal for this service and it was okay. I was not completely satisfied. The guy was really nice, but it took a little too long. He claims it was the paint and had to keep painting a couple coats of paint. He was doing our sitting room outside our bedroom. I had to leave a while and my daughter was home. When I came home he must have been in our bedroom because I have an M & M jar in my bedroom and there was paint all over it. I was a little perturbed about that. I kind of felt violated. He came out a couple of weeks after I bought the deal. He had to come back at one point because he ran out of paint so he came back another day. He actually gave me more time than the thing was actually worth. It kind of went both ways; he was very nice. We had to finish painting because he claimed the paint was cheap. I got a better paint the second time and it still did not get completed. I think the price was great.

This was a Big Deal for 6 hours of renovation work. Richard arrived a little late because of traffic, and got right to work. We didn't quite finish some details, but that's because we were on the 6-hour clock. He was hurried, but did a great job. He's professional and articulate, and was able to give me advice on some other renovation issues. I would definitely use him again.

We emailed before the work was done. I selected three dates that would work for me and we set a time. It was easy, friendly and professional. He came on time, used his time well. The work was completed well, he knows his limitations and did not take on projects that would not be appropriate for him. I was pleased that there was not a mess from unpacking the garbage disposal and the ceiling fan.
The only complaint is on my part, I should have left other things for him to do. He finished early because he was unable to install a ceiling fan that would have required more electrical work than he was comfortable with. Again, this was poor planning on my part.
I will use this company again, I will be prepared with a list of jobs.

Rich was fantastic and very easy to work with.  I was looking for a general handyman that could handle a wide array of tasks and he fit the bill.
We swapped notes the night before so that he could be best prepared for the list of tasks that I had laid out for the day.
He was well prepared and got right to work after showing him around.
Everything went very smooth and we liked the work enough to ask him to do more.
I think that says it all.
