DOUG DOES HIGH QUALITY WORK WHICH MAKES UP FOR THE SLIGHTLY HIGHER PRICE, AND THE SLOUGHING OFF TOWARD THE END OF THE JOB. I HAD TO REQUEST SEVERAL TIMES THAT HE COME BACK TO FINISH UP AS HE NEARED COMPLETION. JUST DON'T PAY HIM THE FULL AMOUNT UNTIL THE WORK IS COMPLETE. HIS WORK IS GOOD ENOUGH TO MAKE UP FOR HIS FLAWS.
