Very unreliable or trustworthy. Hired to remove two trees and leave trunks and chipped branches in yard last March. Showed up about two weeks later unannounced. Took down trees, but could not chip branches because chipper was down for repairs. He took branches away and told me he would bring me a truck load of chippings *no problem* once soil dried. Waited all summer for his return. After summer heat turned to soil rock hard, I began to call in September, almost weekly. Have yet to get a return call after multiple attempts. I have to assume he will not honor the agreement.

"So i dont like coming on defending my company since since we do great work and its normally not necessary and u can see from that in my overall reviews but this job was done right, my chipper did break down that day and went into shop but still got the job done as contracted and he was happy when we were done. He said he wanted chips in the future as courtesy if we could but location of where he wanted chips, my truck woudnt be able to get to without getting stuck on his property. This is strictly about the chips and not the actual tree removal which was done just fine so i dont think its fair that this what the rating he decided to give because of couresty chips instead of the actual work we did but i guess this his opionion. We did the job contracted and i did call to let him know the day before we showed up and he was home when we did the work and was happy when we were done at that time.You truly cant please everyone but we do take great pride in our work."

"this is the worse customer of ever dealt with so it was terrible experience as well. i did everything were contracted to do perfectly and even after job was done he tried to add alot of extra stuff for nothing and didnt want to pay for it which is why he wrote this review because he got mad that i wasnt going to do alot of extra for him for free beyond the scope we agreed upon. This is why on here u are at the descretion of customer even though what they put on here sometimes is far from accurate just be cause they wanted free work. my company is excellent and my other revieww reflect that so its unfair that every now and then u deal with a customer who is determined do ruin your excellent reputation for the sake of free labor."

Hiring tree trimmers is difficult because, although for most having them come out to estimate the cost solo is beneficial, I prefer to be there. Sadly, I couldn't be. In the end the job was done very well, however there were still some tree sections I wanted back a bit further. This is no fault of Creative Design. I just think next time I will be on hand to describe the job fully. In the end, Tremaine was friendly, communicative, clean and well priced. I've already passed along his card to my neighbor who is looking for some tree work. I would hired him again should the need arise.

"Okay let me start by saying I would never do a job for them again. The lady and her husband were arguing when I showed up to give the quote. I got the job which I regret and should have moved on and not done the job since they were... very unhappy people. When you do the amount of jobs as my company, you will eventually get customers that are in foul moods. We a did a great job, like we always do and yet these two were, well lets just say argumentative the whole time we were there. When we were done they said they were happy but it was definitely not a pleasant experience!!"

Good work on trimming tree branches and good cleanup from the trimming. We had some very tall trees that needed branches trimmed - one is directly next to and hangs over a large Koi pond. No problems with branches in the pond.
