CP Rankin Inc. Roof Management & Contracting

It went very well. There were three different houses n neighborhood that used them. The installers were excellent; they seemed very knowledgeable, timely. They cleaned up very well. I was very pleased all around.

Could not be happier.

Not good.

First contacted them on 11/6. They called me on 11/8 and told me they would look at the outside of the roof that day (when I was not yet home from work). They asked me a few questions about the roof when we were on the phone, and said because my roof was not old, they suspected it was an issue with my chimney. They never called me back to let me know what they saw on the roof. I don't even know if they looked at the roof that day. Have not heard from them since.

Our friends were thrilled. They came when they were suppose to. They live in a Condo, so he even went over on the neighbor's roof to be sure the area was done correctly. When our friends had a question, it was answered promptly.

I contacted CP Rankin and was contacted by a salesman named Brian. He met with us the following day and we looked through his products and colors and we were interested in one particular color that he said he would order a sample of and bring it over to us. Over the next week we went back and forth with e-mails deciding on a particular Certainteed siding and he quoted a price of $7450.I told Brian that I had a better quote and he said he would have to discuss it with his boss to see if he could match the price of 6600.00
I told him I was still interested in him dropping off the sample and he said as soon as he received it he would come over. That was over 6 weeks ago and we are still waiting. I was very annoyed that Brian did not at least call me to tell me he was not interested in doing the job. Very unprofessional to say the least.

excellent ob with good results. Rankin is easy to get hold of and they are responsive.

CP Rankin Inc. Roof Mgmt and Contracting were very professional and their estimate was reasonable. They were easy to deal with. They were there when they said they were going to be there. They cleaned up after themselves. They were excellent.

After roof damage from hurricane sandy, we needed a new roof. Cp rankin came referred by one of our neighbors. They were immediately responsive and did a great job getting the job done in a very timely and professional manner. The cost was very fair as well. Would recommend them to others.
