The last contact I had with them was this year when I asked  for a proposal for some equipment upgrades I need. They 
sent it quickly and professionally, but it was based on there old info. They did not think they needed a site inspection to bid. I chose a different provider  but remain a fan and do not hesitate to recommend them.

They are phenomenal. The crews they have are dynamite. They are polite and on time. They are always on time. They are very very nice. I would recommend them to anyone who has a pool.

They opened the pool without difficulty. However, they charged over $200 to remove, clean and fold our pool cover but all they did was ball it up and toss it to the side. I had to spread it out over my lawn and scrub it myself. They spent no time teaching us how to maintain the pool. When I called to complain, they claimed that I was mistaken and they they did clean the pool cover. They refused to listen and were very rude and dismissive over the phone. I cancelled the annual pool contract and went with a competitor.

The main technician suggested we have the main drain line pressure tested. He tested it and found the leak was associated with the main drain line. They were the only company that was able to pinpoint exactly where the leaks were located. Their price was cheaper than other companies that I received estimates from.

THE CREW TO OPEN THE SPA WAS ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY GAVE ME SOME ''SUPERCLEANING'' CHEMICALS FOR FREE AND ALSO ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS REGARDING THE BEST WAY TO DRAIN MY SPA USING A SIPHON. LATER THAT DAY, THE CIRCUIT BREAKER FOR THE SPA TRIPPED AND WOULD NOT RESET. POOL CARE SENT THEIR ELECTRICIAN TO INVESTIGATE. POOL CARE WAIVED THE NORMAL $40 FLAT FEE CHARGED BY THE ELECTRICIAN (IN ADDITION TO HIS TIME), BECAUSE THEIR SET UP CREW HAD JUST BEEN THERE AND I HAD PAID A FLAT FEE THEN. ELECTRICIAN DIAGNOSED A BAD HEATER. THIS IS WHERE IT GOT STRANGE. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE POOL CARE TO PURCHASE AND INSTALL A REPLACEMENT HEATER...BUT A FEW DAYS LATER MY WIFE CALLED ME AT WORK AND SAID POOL CARE CAME BY, DIDN'T RING THE BELL AND INSTALLED THE HEATER. WHEN I CALLED JEN (MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR AT POOL CARE) TO COMPLAIN ABOUT WORK BEING DONE I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE, SHE APOLOGIZED AND EXPLAINED THAT SOME PAPERWORK GOT MIXED UP. I PAID THE NORMAL PRICE FOR THE HEATER. I RATE THEM C.
