The basement still has not been water proofed and it is now November of 2012.  Our clients were promised a French Drain at no cost to them in October 2012 in writing and are now being asked to pay half of the price to do the work.  The above options were all selected to complete the work we were provided with those three options as options that might solve the basement issues; however, after further investigation with other waterproofing companies a French Drain should have been suggested and put into their proposal as another viable option, it was not included in the actual proposal and therefore not chosen. 

In addition to the work not being completed  the owners of the company repeatedly promised to go out to the home to fix/see the issues that were occurring and then would not call or email when they couldn't make it.  The homeowners continually took off work to be present for the companies workers and had them not show repeatedly.
