Our washing machine need repairs., Mr. Appliance was the only repair place that accommodated our needs and help me out with an early appointment. From start to finish, I highly recommend them for any repairs. The inside sales associate to the repair rep were awesome and the price was market relevant.

Mr. Appliance is reliable, professional and affordable. They arrived exactly when they said they would, took great care within my home, explained the issue completely before I needed to agree to the fee and was efficient in performing the repair. The repair was completed within 1 hour and the repairman gave me tips to keep my appliance in tip top shape throughout the process. I was also able to get an appointment quickly and received a time frame the night before, a text the day of and a picture of my repairman to ensure I knew who was coming and could verify his identity.

The repair person was professional, and had a great sense of humor. He also was very efficient , and new his profession well

I recently had Harold install a few new appliances in my house and was disappointed to find out that the quote for the project was nowhere near what the actual cost ended up being. I was also not made aware of the additional costs from the quote until after I already received the bill (if I knew it would cost extra to remove my door, I would have done it myself). I also asked for a copy of a bill where they said it cost over $100 for supplies, which I still have not received. The quality of the job seems to be good, but I am very disappointed about the lack of communication and felt I was a bit bait and switched on the cost of the job. I also needed to call them three separate times over 3 months before they actually came out. Overall, a frustrating experience, and I will probably not be using them again.
