Overall, the job was done quickly and professionally by very nice people. Since I don't like the "creepy crawlers" (ants, spiders, silverfish, centipedes, etc.), and I really liked the people and their work ethic, I contracted with them to come once a month just to do maintenance in both areas to keep the undesirables away. Cisco gave me a great price for the monthly service.

He was a very kind and charming guy. He came out and did his work. One day after he put some powder around to take care of ants it rained and that sort of made the treatment ineffective because a lot of the stuff got washed away. We called him up and told him that he came back out and did it for nothing.
