From anyone I talked to and my own troubleshooting, it sounded like I would need a new well tank. Miller came over, did a bit of checking and emptied the tank of water. Added some air and it resolved the pressure problem! I may have a slow leak and still have to get a new tank. But everything was explained to me and I was given an estimate for a new tank, if needed in the future. I really appreciate that they didn't just tell me I need a new tank- because I would not have known any better. I will use them again and recommend their services.

Last contact was just recently by phone. I had a well pump installed by Miller Pump some 23 years ago- I remember being surprised at how reasonable the cost was. It was only rated to last up to 15 years, but it has kept working the whole time, and would still be now, but I decided to convert to public water recently in order to sell the house. The well happened to be at an awkward location due to a house addition. I discussed having a new well put in with Miller Pump, and they were very honest with me and totally unbiased. I ended up connecting to public water due to our odd circumstances. I give them a big thumbs up for their honesty, reliability, value, and service.

I called on a Sat. morning and he was here in an hour. He took care of what was needed w/o trying to up sell and the price was very reasonable. I am a single women home owner and the way I was treated was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I called Miller Pump Systems when I lost water to the house. They had done some work for a previous owner and had a drawing of where the well was. They're price was about $650 cheaper than two other quotes I had received. It turns out the well wasn't quite located where the previous drawing had indicated so they had to excavate a decent size area of the yard to locate the well. Once the well was located though, they got the new pump up and running quickly and increased the pressure to the house. With the new riser, I won't have to go through the mass excavation to locate it again.

I called Miller Pump because they were recommended by another contractor that I deal with. They came out within 48 hours and made the quick repair to my well pump gage. While they were here, I asked about adjusting the pressure put out by the pump, and they made the adjustment for no charge.
