He actually called us back and was very pleasant to deal with. Offered to put caps on both flues, was glad he had them with him so he didn't have to make another appointment to come back. Took and showed me pictures of damage to crown as well as sealed up a few cracks as a temporary fix to prevent more damage through the winter. Also explained everything to me and provided me with some very helpful information, I never felt pressured into anything and felt that he was very honest with me. Cost was more because I did get 2 caps.

it went ok...however i was a bit nervous when he took my woodburner apart to clean it & had a hard time getting it back together...fortunately i had the manual & he was able to get all the pieces back together...

The guy who came out was great and the reason we called him is because he was the one who could come the earliest. He was very honest. We wanted to have some stone work redone on the chimney as well and he was saying that he couldn't do that but he did recommend some people who could. We wanted him to check something and he checked it and he told my husband we really have a problem and he said that we could have a chimney fire and we did have a chimney fire the first few months when we had the house. He told us what we needed to do and what we will need to have it fixed and so my husband went out and got it. He did great. He was really good. He did a nice job.
