Hartzell's Plumbing & Heating LLC my experience was very good, he was very knowledgable, I think he is taking over his Grandfather's business.  They have been in business a long time, family owned.  He is very knowledgable, he explained everything that he was going to do.  We said we wanted this replaced and that replaced and he explained everything that he was going to do. Opened up the wall in the closet because there were no shut off valves, and I asked will you cover that, and he did, he did everything he said he was going to do.  And everything that we wanted done.  He was very responsible and we were very happy with him.

I had a plumbing issue early in the morning, and called at 9 and they said someone would get back to me.  By two in the afternoon, I had not heard from them, I called them again, and they still no one got back to me.  In the mean time, I was dealing with this leak, so I eventually called someone else.  I called them back and said don't bother to keep me on your list, I haven't heard any confirmation as to someone coming out, or if they were not going to get to me today.  I said, I have had no response, and I need someone to look at this leak.
