I have been using them for 10 years. The quality of work and their prices are very competitive and they are very consistent with the plans they offer. The quality of their employees and they are very professional and try and explain everything if there is a problem. They will tell you what the scale is and where you are at compare to the national average.

We use them twice a year where I set-up a service contract. They do our heating which is gas heat and they also do our air conditioning which is electric. They're scheduled to come out in November for our heat. I've been using them for about 10 years.

Very well. Leaking noticed at 8:30 a.m., called and we were given a window of service of 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Service technician was there at 9:30 A.M.! Very efficient and professional. They have always been very responsive to any calls.

I had to pay another company $1729.00 to repair the line to the a/c system because of this. They were contacted by the roofing company and by me personally and ignored many of these contact attempts. They never came out to check the installation or the damage. They claimed in writing that no mistake was made by their company, even though they never sent anyone out to even look.

The men were prompt, figured it to take 5 days, completed it in 3. There were some insulation issues that required a return trip after installation was completed. They were quite careful and cleaned up well after each day's work, altho one furniture piece was slighly damaged. The company did a good job handling the rebate and registration paperwork.
