Bucks Garden Girl, LLC

Provider was very friendly when she came to give estimate and prompt with follow-up.  She performed the work on the date promised.  She was pleasant to deal with although not particularly forthcoming with suggestions.  Also, it became clear that she is not particularly well schooled in environmentally friendly gardening as she recommended pesticides and did not appear conversant with issues of intrusive plants.  She left the site indicating her workers would remain but they left moments after she did once she was paid for the services.  The project did not have the finesse of appearing finished, which may have been a problem with her workers leaving once they were not supervised.Her estimate led us to believe more was promised than delivered.  What was done was done satisfactorily.  Promised follow up information never arrived.  Overall, I was disappointed with the job and would not seek services again both because of the way the job was completed and because I realized I have a view of the environment that is not necessarily shared.

Jackie and her co-worker were very respectful, enthusiastic, prompt, cheerful & courteous. They had so much energy, the work they did was completed before I knew it. They kept everything tidy as they worked. This was my first time using Bucks Garden Girl, LLC; however I will not use their services again.  After Jackie and her co-worker left, I had a chance to really look at what was done. I realized that what we discussed during our verbal agreement was not completed. Maybe I expected too much, but Jackie did do the designer house. I expected my gardens to be beautiful and my trees to be trimmed and pruned. It was not done. Weeding was completed; however the weeding on my back porch was supposed to be permanent. A week later the weeds returned. However, the azaleas were transplanted and the leaves were cleaned up and mulch was put down. There are still weeds around the edging that was done. Our verbal contract was not completed. Though, I have to note that Jackie is so good natured. I was calling her Tracy the entire time and she never said anything to me. I only found out I was calling her by her lst name once I started writing this review. Please note that I did contact Jackie with my concerns and expectations and did not receive a reply.

This was the third visit from Bucks Garden Girl this month. Work has consisted of extensive weeding in beds, and planting of owner's new hydrangeas and boxwood. In July, she designed and planted three spectacular pots for our pool area (they are still looking lovely in mid-September,) and planted annuals in preparation for a family reunion. She and her helpers have been excellent workers, well organized in approach to the tasks, clean, and careful of owner's property. She will return to do light pruning and fall clean-up. Prices are reasonable and quality of work is worth every cent.

It went wonderfully. All her suggestions were excellent. She is a delight to have around--knows her stuff and works efficiently and quickly.

The grounds look terrific. We have a pond with plantings that has become somewhat overgrown and she will be trimming some of the plants and removing weeds. Even when we are not present, we know that she will do a great job.

We are delighted to have found her and look forward to a long term relationship.

Bucks Garden a Girl does a great job! All of our beds look great, and she took away all of the weeds and debris. We will have her back again one or two more times this year. Highly recommended for outstanding work at a fair price. Great value!
