It started very well, but because we did this project in the fall of 2011, some plantings were not done...although (and I'll never make this mistake again) we paid Mike in full. He promised to come back in the early spring of 2012. Well, after repeated emails from us and promises from him, he finally got around to returning in the fall of 2012. We were extremely frustrated as things he planted were not growing well at all. When he did finally come, he replenished the soil and replaced some plants that never took root. BUT, he still owed us roses, lilies and grasses. and the time of year, once again, they weren't available. We would have to wait until spring of 2013. Are you kidding me? Mike (of Stone's Edge) emailed us early in the spring and said he wanted to get things wrapped up. We were happy. But in almost a repeat of 2012, we exchanged quite a few emails through the early spring, but as summer approached he stopped returning emails or phone calls. Today is July 29, and he has still never showed up to complete the work that was started and paid in full in 2010. I've given up. I need to move on. We're doing better on our own. I would NOT, under any circumstances, recommend Stone's Edge Landscaping. What a frustrating experience.
