Returned first thing on Monday with the necessary parts to repair. Quite reasonable, very prompt and very courteous. Made sure things were working properly.

Mark Shaw responded to my phone call immeadiately and came to my house on the same day after our garage door stopped working. He had installed a garage door motor in our previous house. He quickly diagnosed the problem, serviced the door and installed a very much needed new key pad and took only 20 minutes of my time.
He was polite and courteous and very readily communicated what was needed.
