He was very good. He returned my calls and finished the work within a good time line. He took the chairs with him and brought them back in a week. He brought material samples with him for me to pick and the materials were good. I liked the material though it was not what I wanted. The problem I had was my cat so he replaced the back part with micro fabric which the cat can?t scratch. He left some extra material for me for my future use. I would use him again and ask him to do something different with the material as it is very thin and I want him to use something thick the next time. He was very professional and very efficient. He was able to complete the work within a good time frame. Some other places I called wanted three months to finish the work.

Bob was very quick to respond to my call. He was able to pick up the chairs without me having to deliver them. He was also able to return the chairs to me within a week. I was very happy with that. He seemed to be very efficient and was professional. Bob did exactly what I asked him to do.

I thought the service was really good. Many years ago I also had him do a service for me for another chair of mine. And I was satisfied with that time and the time before as well.

THIS IS PRETTY MUCH A FAMILY BUSINESS. THEY DID EVERYTHING AS PROMISED AND ARE NICE PEOPLE AS WELL.
