This company had purchased another company, from whom we had originally bought our water softener.  Our system was 25 years old and quit working.  They replaced our water softener and put in a new unit.  I found the cost to be very reasonable.  They left no mess.  I had expected to get taken to the cleaners but they were extremely reasonable and knowledgeable.  They showed up on time and did a great job.

I went through Costco to purchase this system. I highly recommend that route of you are thinking of getting water treatment. Costco gets you a significant discount on the price additional free goodies and a cash back Costco card. Plus Costco really backs everything they sell.
The salesman was excellent and did not try to oversell higher end models. he was very knowledgeable and talked me out of extra unnecessary reverse osmosis on top of the water softener.
The Install guys were in time courteous and explained everything. They had everything done in about 2.5 hours. They showed me how to use the system and really explained it well. I also had a unique plumbing situation which they easily solved. The system was installed nicely out of site in a utility room in the basement.
I have been enjoying my treated water for about 2 weeks now and can say that my skin and hair feels so much better I feel more refreshed after showering my eyes no longer burn and my skin no longer gets dry and itchy.
The drinking water is so much better now it is remarkable. Coffee is better soup is better tea is better. adn I am definitely using less soap in the dishwasher and laundry.
The primary reason for my install were health and appliance/plumbing life span. I am certain that my applicance will now last years longer and that my plumbing will not corrode as it did in my old house.

I'VE BEEN SATISFIED WITH THE WORK PERFORMED BY THIS COMPANY. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY TO INSPECT AND CLEAN MY WATER SOFTENER TANK FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS.

WE HAVE DEALT WITH THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS AND THEY CONTINUE TO OFFER PROMPT SERVICE AND TO COMPLETE JOBS EFFICIENTLY. THEY CLEARLY KNOW THEIR PRODUCT.

WHEN THE TECHNICIAN CAME AND CYCLED THE HYGIENE UNIT, HE WAS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS, AND ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS WILLINGLY. HOWEVER, WHEN I INITIALLY SCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT, I WAS TOLD THE NEXT MONDAY. IT WASN'T UNTIL A WEEK LATER I GOT A CALL TO FINALLY SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT.
