 + -1 moreMr. Matter was prompt in returning our call, prompt in arranging service, on time, and quick in performing the repair. He is very polite, and very informative, answering all questions and offering information on related plumbing issues. I appreciate his ability to discuss the problem and options expertly, and his willingness to educate his customers. It's a pleasure to deal with Mr. Matter.
Description of Work: Fixed our gas hot water heater, which had gone out the night before and would not light. Mr. Matter returned our urgent call within an hour, and arranged to come to the house 2 hours later. He replaced the thermo coupler, which is an inexpensive part. Although it took barely half an hour, we paid for a whole hour of labor, which I understand is standard.

 + -1 moreTONY RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO OUR LATE IN THE DAY EMERGENCY CALL. WITH A HELPER, HE CAME EARLY THE NEXT MORNING, AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK. WORKING IN A VERY TIGHT SPACE INSIDE A CLOSET, HE NEVER COMPLAINED. WE WERE SO PLEASED WITH HIS CAN DO ATTITUDE AND THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY REPLACED A CORRODED PIPE THAT WAS PART OF A SHOWER SYSTEM THAT WAS MORE THAN EIGHTY YEARS OLD. THEY ALSO ADDED SHUT-OFF VALVES WHERE THERE HAD NEVER BEEN ANY.
