I called Marshall based on their location and positive feedback on the list. I spoke to Eric about coming out to provide a quote. He set an appoinement for a few days out. After he never showed up, I called again to set up another appointment. He blew me off again, never showing up or calling. I understand that companies have busy times, but setting up TWO appointments and missing them is unacceptable.
