THE BEST! I had a problem with my toilet that another plumbing company could not fix (yet charged me). I called Jaros (whom I had never used before) based on their reviews. They were there within two hours of the call (even though I said it was not an emergency). He had it fixed within fifteen minutes! It was apparently a very bizarre issue he had never seen before - but it got fixed pronto! Also, he was polite, neat, and very professional. The bill was less than I expected. (Jaros is now my plumber.)

Great experience! Josh & Greg arrived as scheduled. The work involved cutting a hole in the kitchen ceiling, not a surprise, to access the line, survey the damage and plan the course of action. It was not a simple fix as many obstacles were present as usual in a 70 year old home. They thought it all through, overcame all the challenges they encountered and repaired the line. Cleaned up when they finished and charged a very reasonable price. Will definitely have them back for my plumbing service calls.

Josh called quickly and was able to come out and replace the valves the following afternoon. He was very nice and quickly did the job for a reasonable price.

It took two tries to get the drain unclogged because of the way the storm drain was constructed. Once it was understood that the drain outflow was in the sidewall facing the uphill direction (very unconventional construction) the drain was unclogged within a half hour. Josh was very persistent in trying to get the drain open. It seemed like he tried every known plumbing trick to get the drain open. I was very pleased with the effort to get the job done.

He knew exactly what part was needed to fix my elbow pipe.

Josh snaked drain, replaced cracked U pipe and advised me on condition of other pipe. Cleaned up. Very professional and personable.
