Everything went very well with the project. Dan & Ed removed the old stationary tub, installed a stand pipe, and put in the plumbing for a new sink. The whole thing took them less than 3 hours. I have used Bigley Plumbing for many years for many different plumbing related projects and would hire them again in a heartbeat. They are good people & know what they are doing.

Jim and helper (Chris) were punctual, professional and did a great job.  I will definitely call them next time I have plumbing needs.

Had a new commode and bathtub and wall covering installed by big advertiser and after they completed work, the commode kept overflowing and the tub wouldn't even drain. Their servicemen did nothing to fix it. Called Bigley Plumbing and within a short time of snaking both were working like they did previously. I would highly recommend Bigley Plumbing and would use them again.

Workers hung around for hours doing nothing waiting for equipment. When the appropriate equipment arrived, they began to install an underground drain pipe to the curb. I was told by owner that the pipe will slope downward to the curb....Repairs were completed without slope allowing water to stay in the drain and possible back up against foundation. I informed workers and they told me it would not be a problem. When I got the bill, I thought that there was a mistake, that I should not be charged for time waiting on equipment. I paid the bill, on time, because we had a good relationship with Bigley in the past and thought they would address the problem. I called the office several times, left messages to no avail....I wrote a letter describing my dispute, still no response. Therefore, I have terminated any further work to other plumbers in the area. It is a shame that they would lose our business after years of a good relationship.....a little communication on their part would have resolved this issue. Sorry for the delay with this review, I just enrolled in angies list this year, and obviously it still disturbs me regarding their lack of a response to my dispute.

Don arrived with 2 workers on time. The price was excellent and the two men went right to work. They were professional. The owner Don came to the house and told us if there is something they did not do right, they would correct it. We were very pleased overall.

Bigleys came out with 2 plumbers at 8:45AM made the repairs and were done by 10:00 AM. Cost $200. Very pleased.

We had a driveway replaced but found the sewer line and water line were not legal. Had to have an entire water line replaced from the house to the street. We didn't know this until the driveway was dug up. Dan Bigley did a great job and worked until almost midnight to make sure we were not without water service. They did a great job. We have called them on other occasions for problems with a water heater and they were very prompt. My dad also used them to install 2 new bathroom vanities. He was pleased as well. He called back promptly and showed up when he was supposed to. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Bigley and he said he'd be there hopefully today, if not tomorrow morning. He showed up two hours later and diagnost the problem as a bad toilet flapper valve. He replaced the $8.00 part and the rest was for labor and the service call. I was very happy it was not a sewer problem.

He comes on time and starts and finish the job and does not come and skip all over the place and leave you stranded. He is honest and professional and does great work.

They arrived on time and went right to work finishing quickly.

They arrived early, sometimes hours ahead of time. My mother swears by them and has used them for years. I think most of the neighbors around here use them, too. There are no surprises with Mr. Bigley, who is very nice to talk to. They wore booties around the house when they had to. 1000 for the fix, and they were here for three days.
