My stuff is under warranty with them so they come back so the warranty stays good. I like them. They are perfectly fine. I didn’t spend too much. They are polite and good. They are on time and knowledgeable. They are usually pretty responsive. I feel comfortable using them and I don’t feel that they are taking advantage of me. They mentioned I could use a new furnace eventually but they don’t try to sell me. They don't try to sell me on things when they are in the house. For the most part they come and do what they are supposed to do. They mostly come and do the work. I am surprised at how much it costs for someone to come and clean the unit but I’m sure it is not unreasonable.
