TV Repair
I I brought my TV in for examination. They said it would be ready in a week. After 10 days I called back and they said it was ready. I picked it up, and it was still not working. I brought it back after I indicated that Comcast had recently put in a cable box. He said to bring it back in. I got in contact with Comcast and they were able to fix it for me. The TV repairman said he used a Universal remote to repair my TV. I said I expected at least a partial refund and he said that he could not. He should have asked for the remote recorder. It was a simple problem, yet it cost me $45.
