Love the care they give.

I felt comfortable with these people. My mom died then three weeks later my dad also died. It was a horrible funerial. I had strangers come in to the house but they made it more bearable. Some of them went out of their way to help. My husband made and bring in special music for him. They also provided things. You can tell that they really care and it was not just a job for them. They were professional all around. I did not panic. Its not that I had any problems with panicking but at least I had someone to talk to.

Arrived on schedule with all paperwork to sign so we could start services. He had the 2 caregivers arrive about 1/2 hour later so we could meet them. Both caregivers are middle-age and will be GREAT companions for by mother-in-law. Very personable and knowledgeable.

.We last used them 5 years ago. It is not something you use on a regular basis. It is after joint replacement. They came to the house to do physical therapy after joint replacement. This was covered by my insurance. It was a very good experience. They were very helpful. They were trustworthy. They were reliable and helpful

Visiting Angels representatives, come to your house and they help you. They take you to appointments.  To the market. To the bank and the people that come and take you, they are so nice. They will do anything for you, even errands when you ask them. They show up and pick you up. They take you to where you want to go and they stay there with you. Then they take you home and stay with you there too. They also help you in your home if you need cleaning done too.  The people I have dealt with are so far very nice people. It is a service that should be in every state in the US.

The people that come in are so nice and they would do anything for me. The girl that came this morning helped me with recycling. It is a nice service. I was due to go to the hospital and my son was supposed to take me but he called me and he had flu, so he couldn't come. The phone rang that morning and the caller id said, Visiting Angels and when I picked the phone up, I didn't get an answer, so I called them back and they said they didn't know anything about the call but we got talking and I told them I could use them. They showed up that morning, they picked me up, they took me to the hospital for my eye surgery, bought me back and stayed with me and got me through my day. The people that I have dealt with so far have been very nice people. They are topnotch people to work with. I had an appointment at the hospital at 9 am and I told them I needed somebody here at 8.30 am and what startled me was, I just sat down for a little while after I put down the phone with them and the doorbell rang, so yeah they were on time. It is a good service and I love it. They charge by the hour.
