Excellent work, responsive, great price, new roof looks great. Excellent cleanup. A super experienced local outfit that met all our needs.

 We are a retired couple and wanted a competive price from a reputable company.  Received that and so much more!  Owner, Jeff Strickland,  is very knowledgeable, was prompt when we asked for a quote and explained the whole process throughly.  His associates who performed the work were prompt, expedient and courteous.  No clean up for my husband and I once the job was completed.  If you are looking for quality at a reasonable, competitive price by a skilled company we highly recommend them.

So far, into the 3rd week of constructing my 2-stall garage, everything is going very well!! My wife and I are very pleased!
Much coordination was done in contacting subcontractors in their specialty.  From the digging of the footings, to laying of concrete
blocks and delivery of concrete, backfilling, then delivery of stone, and, of course, coordinating the Electrician ,who  contacted PPL to move service to outside of 2-stall garage. Electrician also met with us to coordinate location of receptacles, as well as lights to be installed at some point.  Construction/framing by Matt and Jeff very organized. Matt Strickland is coordinating step by step subcontractors very meticulously. Jeff Strickland is on top of contacting different companies for materials delivery. Jeff and Matt work excellent together not only in getting the job done, but also in treating the customer with respect!
The roof was finished with asphalt shingles and the work was outstanding! Now that the roof is completely dried in, it will make Matt's  inside work much easier.  **Still to be completed will be pouring of the garage floor, moving a window from current 1-stall garage to outside of the 2-stall garage, installing a door between 1-stall & 2-stall garage and installing a door to the rear of garage. Drywall will be completed at some point and then siding installed on 2-stall garage and we have also asked them to replace current aluminum siding of the house with vinyl siding to match 2-stall garage. Gutters and downspouts will also be installed. Also, let's not forget the garage door and electric opener.
I would highly recommend Strickland Brothers Construction, LLC to anyone. We moved here 4 years ago from upstate New York and were totally lost in who to contact to do work for us. Now, we will contact them for anything we need done.

Fine at the time of main service. Then we had a leak and Jeff said he would fix it, but did not and did not return my future calls. I hired another contractor to correct the situation.

Jeff's crew was always on time, did a great job and was polite.  Jeff is ultra professional, knowledgeable and friendly.  Most of my neighbors have had their roofs replaced by Jeff.  There would be no reason NOT to have Strickland replace your roof!

While the roofing job appears to be adequate, problem areas were never addressed.

The guy from this company was working in my neighbour’s house. He was near and called be back within five minutes of me calling him. He was here in 3 hours. He had competitive prices. He is in the middle of doing work for me. I am satisfied with his work and he is timely. In terms of punctuality he was top of my bedroom at 6 in the morning.

March 22 - removed existing roofing materials. March 23 - installed GAF architectural shingles.
