My schedule left me no time to clean my house before my husband and I left to visit friends for the weekend, and I knew it would be hard to fit it into my schedule when we came home as well.  I contacted Semsa Cleaning Service based upon other reviews I had read on Angie's List.  She exceeded all of my expectations.  She returned my call promptly and graciously fit me into her schedule.  She came to my home (arriving on time) to do a walk-through and provide an estimate.  She and her team did everything that we agreed would be done and did it beautifully!  Very kind, very professional, and above all, very trustworthy.  We will absolutely have Semsa and her team in our home again.

Semsa and her employees are extremely conscientious and professional.  Everything is cleaned beautifully.  If there are any issues, Semsa is quick to handle and ensure problems do not occur.  If I am home, Semsa will always ask me to check and ensure everything is done to my satisfaction.  She and her employees are trustworthy.  I am happy to have Semsa cleaning for me.  Thank you for the great service!

After assessing and providing me with a quote, we both realized there was additional work to be completed (trash removal) that was not originally included in the quote. I was thrilled that they were willing to address the additional task and didn't take advantage of the situation by trying to unfairly increase the price.   The before and after photos of the property are amazing. Would definitely recommend her services.  Very reasonable and did an extraordinary job!

I am totally impressed with Semsa, her professionalism and fantastic work ethic. Semsa promptly visited me to see the house and work up a quote for services. She offered the names and numbers of other clients to use as referrals. The quote for service was the next day and she scheduled me immediately. Semsa arrived punctually and started right in. This was no small task because I have been recovering from knee surgery and a bad back which has really  impeded my ability to clean my home thoroughly. I will continue to use this service and will recommend to friends, family, and associates.

Semsa was very professional and did a thorough job of cleaning our house.  She completed the job, with another individual, in almost exactly two hours.  She came to me to double check when she had questions and she also came to me so that I could check each room before she left.  She worked around our dog, our gear, and our schedules.  We will certainly hope to use here again.
