They were wonderful. They did two designs for me then allowed me to mix and match the designs. Most importantly, the designer, Diana, really listened to what I wanted and delivered. The plants and trees were healthy and clean. They did job in timely manner. We love the results.

Excellent! This is the second year in a row that I have gotten mulch from this company. They are prompt at returning phone calls, their drivers are timely, polite, and very considerate of your property. The first delivery got a little (a shovel full) of mulch on the grass and he took the time to to brush the small amount back onto my driveway. This year the driver dumped the mulch in the front yard (at my request) in the exact location I requested. I wish all business were as professional and courteous as this company.
The mulch also held up very well over the course of a year - it was regular hardwood mulch, double ground.

Everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional. I requested single ground mulch, which apparently is not available in this area. I was assured that their double ground mulch was course and would not break down immediately I decided to go with this company. Their price was in line with the other quotes I received and they were the only company to give me the total delivered price, including taxes.

There was essentially no wait for the delivery. The truck showed up exactly on time, the driver was very polite. I requested that the mulch be placed on a tarp I had in the driveway. What really impressed me was that the driver took the time to line up the truck perfectly with the tarp, got out of the truck to straighten out the tarp (the wind had caused it to move), dumped the mulch and then got out of the truck again to make sure any mulch that was on the yard was moved so the grass wouldn't die.

I was so impressed with this level of service I actually called the company back to let them know about the care that was taken when delivering my mulch. It is nice to see a company that care about the quality of the product as well as providing excellent customer service!
