Put 'Em On The Ground

I called this company because I used it before when Ritch owned it. Sean (now the owner) came that same night I called (after a storm) and took off the limb that was damaged. I then told him I needed a section of another tree removed and he gave me an estimate I paid for both trees and he said he would be back "next week".. A month passed and I called him and reminded him of the work that I paid for and he said he would be in "next week". Two more months have passed and a message was left on voice mail with no return call. My check was dated April 10th and now it is July 9th. I tried calling again and the mailbox is full. I am now looking at the limb he worked on and it is not sawed off evenly-it's a half-assed job. At this point I only want a partial refund for what he was paid to do and didn't!
