Called for a malfunctioning upright freezer. Gave a time of the next day between noon and 2. Alex showed up at 1204 and went right to work. Very professional and repairs done quickly. Reasonable pricing. Office was very helpful with scheduling.

From the moment I called the company and talked with Jennifer I was impressed. She really worked to understand my issue and took the time to consult with her technician. Craig was the technician that tackled my repair issue and he arrived on time, was extremely professional and kind. He explained what the issue was with my refrigerator and showed me the broken water/ice component after he installed the new one. I would definitely use this company again and I highly recommend them!

They came when they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess. They were courteous, professional and efficient. (I say they because on the second day, another tech came with him to help him remove my stackable dryer off my washer so he could fix it.) The next time an appliance needs help, I know without a doubt who I will contact.

He seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing. On time both days, and took care in moving the refrigerator, and putting everything back in place. Very efficient and caring. We thought the price was high. but I guess you pay a lot for good service.

These guys are the best. I had a extended warranty those idiots wanted me to wait over a week just to get somebody just to look at my frig. Found them online and they were here in just a few hrs. Price was good also. Highly recommended
