What can I say? Saying his is incompetent would be a compliment.  We had major electrical code violations, circuit breakers tripping and not wiring to plan. He drilled through the band new hard wood floor trying to install an outlet that he missed and code requires, he disconnected a circuit in another part of the house (and hid this, only to be discovered a few month later) to use for a kitchen range hood. I could go on and on about the problems with Scott Chestnut. We had to hire another contractor who spent over one week in our home to fix what we could find.  Scott Chestnut is a liar and a thief.  We took him to small claims court and won the judgement, Scott still has not paid the judgement against him.  At this point we hold a lien against him and if we want to try and recover some (small portion of the damage he caused) we would need to file a writ of execution with Cumberland county.  But again no guarantees.  Save yourself some aggravation and money and avoid this guy.
