pool cleaners
+ -1 moreThey would not replace the parts they left lay around to be blown away. They would not come out to look at the green pool. I had to go to a different provider. The manager kept hanging up the phone under the guise that I was being rude to her when she was only asked to fix the problem her staff had created.
Description of Work: I asked them to close the pool in the fall and open it in the spring. When they closed the pool in the winter they did not put in the required chemicals. When they opened it in the spring, the water was an awful cloudy green for the 1st 6 weeks after opening. They also left parts laying all around that were not installed properly, and the parts blew away. When I called them to ask them how to make the green pool blue to ask how the parts could be replaced, they hung up on me and refused to come out and service the pool.
