Brian removed and replaced a deck on my mom's townhouse...easy to deal with by text and email...worked with township and homeowners association on permitting/approval process, so we didn't have to...he does the work himself, so he's on-site and visible...final project is high-quality with no issues.

Brian did a great solo project building my Trex deck. He was attentive to detail and conscientious about every aspect of the process.

Brian is easy to work with, very flexible, knows the code and has lots of patience to explain to clients. He installed our fireplaces, built living room built-ins, will be extending our deck, fixing the basement and bring it up to code, do a bathroom etc. We will hire him for everything! Brian responded quickly to our request. He and his crew came out on the day that was scheduled and did the job exactly as we discussed at a very reasonable price. They pruned overgrown shrubs, and weeded and mulched multiple garden areas around our home. The results are beautiful.

Excellent company to deal with. Always available to talk to. Knowing that Brian would be doing our snow removal (large or small) made us as Senior Citizens very confident.

As of this date the charge for mowing my lawn was $40. I haven't been billed yet and the work that was done looks like 2 children completed the job. The neighbors have made several comments.

Work done was excellent although getting to commit to a specific start date was somewhat difficult, probably accounting for the weather and previous commitments to other customers

He's unreliable, and does not show up for the job despite prior contact, and acknowledgement that he was coming.

Brian went above and beyond what was originally agreed upon, he was professional and arrived promptly. I'm retired military and a DOD civilian and have traveled to many cities and countries across the world, so I can say with confidence and experience that HPM is above the best that you can find across the globe. I highly recommend HPM.

Showed up on short notice and did a good job

Brian Hauenstein communicated promptly from the first contact, gave knowledgeable advise and performed the tasks requested all at a fair price. He was helpful when (right before the job was scheduled to start) a huge tree came down in my yard during a storm. He suggested someone to remove wood & debris who came immediately and did that huge job at no charge to us (just for the wood.) Brian then gave a new estimate to repair a damaged stone wall, weed the gardens, put in topsoil where the tree had fallen, and mulch all the beds. He is honest, hardworking and I recommend him to anyone.
