 + -1 moreThey were very disagreeable when I told them I did not think it should take four hours to install a water heater.
Description of Work: In March '04 I had a small water heater replaced in a rental unit. They charged me for four hours labor to install. Total bill $681.I felt that I was severely overcharged and complained to no avail. My proof of how badly I was overcharge came five months later when I had to replace one in another apartment that was exactly the same. I used a different company and one man installed it in one hour and the price including the water heater was less than half what Hoffman charged. I would not even get an estimate from them, save your time.
