Real Estate Service
We were looking for a smoke free rental and very explicitly expressed this to this result or and the landlord . We were given assurances that the town house had not been smoked in and that the adjoining neighbor did not smoke. Lies lies lies !!!!! We were only able to live there for a few days and we're smoked out by the chain smoking neighbors; the smoke literally poured into the house.....I will never forget ms Detwiler saying "I would never knowingly misrepresent a property". Our special needs child is allergic to smoke so we moved out and lost first months rent security deposit and the cost of cleaning the carpets moving in and out. So my advice stay away from this realtor .
