The only rank I didn't give highest for was responsiveness which related to email. It was during an initial question phase and unrelated to having any work underway. It was also just that one time.
If you're looking for someone to care for your garden with TLC and a lot of knowledge Geoff is your man. I'm impatient and probably rated this category stiffly but I would say the quality is worth the wait.
