Mortgage Companies
We worked with several staff in the office and the experience has been smooth and pleasant. We solicited information from them regarding their services and were slow to start, but they were consistently responsive and attentive. We submitted necessary paperwork in late December or early January, and are going to settlement in early April.
Their staff have been helpful in answering questions, responsive to any inquiries we have had, friendly in all in person/telephone/email communication, and very professional. We worked with various individuals at the company who made the experience worthwhile.
