Bicycles
The customer service was wonderful. They are very responsive and answer any questions you have. They are also really good at helping you find the right accessory within price range.

Cole's is very efficient, and quick. They tell you the way it is. As far as I'm concerned, that's the only way to deal. Today, everyone wants to get something for $5 or $10, but you have to think what it's worth. I didn't think the work they did on the bike was too expensive. My daughter has taken her bikes to Cole's for 20 years. They have done a great job with the maintenance.
