When you spoke to Jon he had not written that estimate and was waiting to get a response from his partner. Since then we had lost power until this morning, we are working on getting back to all our customers, who we appricate that are being patient knowing this is our busiest time of the year. He will be in contact today with your breakdown, also please understand not all your repairs may be completed in freezing temptures and may have to wait until spring."
