An invoice was presented for these services in a real estate transaction. After settlement the buyer discovered the AC unit was a solid block of ice. In further investigation, the furnace was never clean or the filter replaced. The service man stated he was never told to do that but to only put coolant in the AC unit. However his invoice stated right on it that he had cleaned and serviced the furnace and AC. This never happened. The sellers then refused to take care of anything additional since they had paid this invoice. The realtor involved ended up paying $460 for the work to be completed to represent his buyer

These people are AWFUL to work with!  Do not use them! We are long-time
customers that called when our tank was empty.  They said they would try
to be out that day. TWO DAYS LATER (under 10degrees) they tell us they
aren't coming.  And will give no further explanation!

I have used them for years. They are prompt professional and reasonably priced.

They did a real good job. They told me a date they would do it and they came on that date and got it done in half a day. I was very impressed with them.
