When I finally connected with a manager, there was no apology offered that tech wasn't able to deal with vibration problem, only the response they could " tear apart" my machine at a further cost to me or I could accept that my (7 yr. old well-built) house "wasn't built to handle a front-load washer".

Cannot recommend this business for front-load washer repair based on my experience with its only repair tech and manager.

I was very disappointed. My dryer sounds the same and is doing the same thing as when I called but now it is getting worse. I spent that money for nothing. I am upset but do not have the money to get it repaired by someone else. I would not use them again. Now I have to get someone else to come out and fix it right. The tech did come on time and on the day he said he would. He was punctual.

This is a great place to buy appliances from. We shopped around Carlisle and found that the prices here were the same as in Lowe's and Home Depot, but even better because Carlisle Electronics would deliver and install them for free! Jeff, our salesman was nice and knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. The delivery was on time, and the delivery guys were very nice as well, and careful that everything made it to it's designated location without any scratches. They even moved our old fridge to the basement for us. Carlisle Appliances even handled the processing of our rebates, so we didn't have to worry about forgetting to do it ourselves.
