BNH Plumbing and Heating

First off, Barry responded quickly to phone calls in setting up appointments.  Before he could re-run the line, we had a severe problem with the sink clogging up, so on the first visit he got us up and running until he could arrange for the repairs to the line.  It was our own fault, he told us over two years ago this would need to be done, and we just put it off.  His quote to us at that time and what he quoted us this time was very close, amazingly close! On both visits he was prompt, and gave me lead time needed to make arrangements to meet him at my home.  Very clean, so careful to make sure that he leaves the area as clean or cleaner than when he arrived.  Polite and friendly, and honest, very honest. 
He did the water line from the sink the way it should have been done when the home was built! 

I called him on a Saturday, he was on a call, but would call me back by 2pm.  Barry called me back when he said he would, we set up an appointment for the following Monday morning, he called me 15 minutes before he was to arrive at my home, so I was able to leave work and get there in 15 minutes, so no waiting around all morning.  He diagnosed the problem, and took care of the clog.  He was especially particular about not making a mess, cleaned up properly and explained how we could avoid the problem in the future.  I asked for a quote on the changes he suggested, he had that to me within a week.
He was very helpful in explaining the problem with the toilet and how to take care of it.
It was so good to have a plumber who knew what he was doing, and he didn't talk down to me as a woman.  I would use his services again.

He is the best plumber around. He does quality work and I will sure be using him again. I wouldn't use anyone else but him.
