We were a little worried boarding our dog for the first time, we search many reviews and came upon the Animal Inn. We were very pleased with them. We boarded our dog for a week, and she did great. We called in to see how she was doing and the staff was very responsive. We also had here groomed while she was there and they did a great job. Prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be going there again in the future for our boarding needs.

It went very well. They took good care of him and are always helpful trying to get him in when we needed their help. We even had a family emergency and couldn't return when we had planned. Animal Inn took that worry off our minds and kept our Lab when we couldn't be here for him. The Day Care part of Animal Inn is also a great idea, and we have used this service as well.

The Animal Inn is fantastic! We've been using them to groom our dog since we moved to Carlisle this past summer. The price is extremely reasonable, and our dog loves to run around in their backyard while waiting to be groomed. The staff at Animal Inn are very kind (to us and our dog) - we will keep returning here every time our dog needs a haircut!

My 9 year old dog had not been boarded since she was a puppy. I joined Angie's List specifically to find a quality kennel for her. They were very helpful, and suggested I bring my dog over for a few hours for free to see how she adapted. We did that, and it really helped me feel more comfortable about leaving her for a longer stay. The grooming on the final day was excellent and very very reasonable I might add. She was ready for pickup when promised.

Our dog likes to go and play with the other dogs at the day care. She gets to be active during the day when we are at and work and is somewhat calm in the evenings.

I've used Animal Inn several times in the past, and the service, as on previous occasions, was very good. They obviously take good care of the animals, and I always feel my two dogs are in good hands.

During the week we would call to check up on the dog. They reported heras a little nervous with the noise and routine when they first turned on the lights days 1 and 2, so a worker SAT with our dog to cuddle and assure her. By the end of day 3, they reported she was well adjusted and sharing toys we had brought for her with the other dogs to socialize. During daylight hours, they always have extra staff on hand. As a bonus, last day is not charged until Noon, so morning pickups could be considered a free overnight. None of the staff minded our phone calls during vacation to check on how the pup was doing, and went over everything again when we picked her up end of week. Doggie had no difficulty readjusting to regular life at home, and no signs of anything out of her routine.

We were able to get an appointment for the grooming in a short period of time. The services were fully explained at drop off. Our dogs were treated well while on site. We saw many other animals being dropped off for day care services and all were happy to be returning. The actual grooming was professional and a much better quality than other places we have tried. We will definitely be going back!

We love Animal Inn. Our dogs go there when we are on vacation. They seem to enjoy the personnel and the environment. Last time we dropped them off there, they actually ran in to the play area.
