DUE TO OUR PROTESTATIONS OF THE QUALITY OF WORK THEY HAVE HELD DELIVERY OF THE SHOWER DOOR WHICH WE FEEL WE HAVE PAID FOR. THEY ALSO HAVE DENIED US A LABOR AND MATERIAL LIST. WE DID RECEIVE A MATERIAL LIST AT THE TIME OF SIGNING BUT NO COST LIST. THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDE THE AMOUNT OF TAX PAID. WE TOLD THEM THAT WE HAVE HAD PRIOR BAD EXPERIENCE AND THEY SAID WE HAD FOUND THE BEST. WE CONTRACTED THEM DUE TO THE SALES PITCH THAT THEY ARE EXPENSIVE BUT ARE WORTH IT AS THEY DO "MASTER" WORK. GREAT SALES BAD PERFORMANCE.

"We attempted to address the member's concerns with a 7 page letter dated March 20, 2006. We have never stated that we are unwilling to try to complete and or correct anything that they unhappy with. We are still waiting for a rational response from them. We feel that their demands are disproportionate to the amount of uncompleted work.
